For most services, appointments are not required; however, an appointment can help you save time, particularly when taking road or knowledge tests.

Depending on the service, you may need to bring documentation such as photo identification, proof of address, or specific forms. Please call ahead to determine what’s required for each service.

How do I replace a lost or stolen driver’s licence?

To replace a lost or stolen licence, visit our office with valid identification and proof of address.

Yes, we handle applications for all driver’s licence classes, including Class 5. Be sure to bring the necessary documents and identification, including your Class 7 driver’s licence and proof of address.

Road test bookings can be made online via this link or in person by visiting Registrations Are Us.

Road tests must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Yes, our 2022 Toyota Corolla is available to rent for your road tests for $59.00, including GST.

A vision test is required for most licence renewals, especially if you are renewing after a certain age. We provide this service at our location.

Yes, you can add a Class 6 motorcycle endorsement to your Alberta licence. Please ensure you have passed the required tests before applying.
