As part of our mission to serve the people of Edmonton, we offer a variety of services, such as the issuing of Alberta Raffle Licences. We also have Commissioners for Oaths on staff to witness signatures of legal documents and administer oaths and affirmations for documents, such as lost or damaged passports or real estate Licences. An Alberta Commissioner for Oaths is a person authorized to administer oaths and affirmations for various legal documents. This authority extends to witnessing signatures and affirming statements. At Registrations Are Us, we have a Commissioner available 7 days a week.
In Alberta, raffle tickets require a licence and are only approved for charitable organizations.
